Prepare your arrival

Open the email containing both 6-digit access codes before arrival. Parking is available at P2 – Parkhaus Kurpark or Parkplatz Sophienstr. 2.

Open the main entrance

If the entrance door is locked, enter the code on the keypad on the wall to the right of the building.

Open the apartment door

Tap the touchpad above the door handle, enter the 6-digit code and confirm with the Enter key ↵.

Welcome

The door is open. The Wi-Fi name and password are always available in your digital guest card.

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.

Instructions for appliances and amenities

TV and streaming

Switch on the TV using the remote control.
Press “Home” (house symbol) to open the Smart TV menu and select the desired app.
The Joyn app provides a wide selection of TV channels.
Please sign out of personal streaming accounts before departure.

Wi-Fi not working

Press the browser button on the remote control.

Under “Password”, enter Meliving40 and tick the privacy settings checkbox.
If the problem persists, please contact us.

Heating

Set the desired room temperature directly on the thermostat. Turn the heating down while airing the room and close the windows afterwards.

Kitchen

Hot plate

Place a suitable pot or pan in the centre of the hot plate.
Switch on the hot plate using the On/Off button ein.
Then select the desired power or temperature level on the control panel.
Switch off the hot plate after cooking and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

Please note: The hot plate becomes very hot during use. Do not touch it until it has cooled completely. Use pots and pans with a flat base whenever possible.

Microwave
This is a combination microwave with a grill function.

Oven function

Press the button for convection or grill on the control panel. Do not use microwave-only mode.
Set the temperature: select the desired temperature (ca. 40 °C bis 200 °C/220 °C).
Set the time: enter the required cooking or baking time.
Preheating: if required by the recipe, allow the appliance to preheat for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
